Established in 2015 by Rina Luzius and Erin Weible as a woman-owned small business, The Lumiere Group is a team of arts professionals and consultants with the expertise to help clients initiate, grow, refine, and sustain their collections over time. Contemporary art is our principal area of focus with experience working with all types of collections.
Headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, our clients include corporations, public entities, international law firms, commercial real estate companies, and project management firms. Our team applies expertise and principles from the museum industry to our work. We offer a customized suite of services to our clients that include Curatorial Guidance, Collections Stewardship, Project Management and Logistics, and Executive Strategy.

Leadership
Erin Weible
Erin Weible is a Managing Principal for The Lumiere Group. An art advisor and executive strategist since 2010, Erin consults on art collections for corporate clients of The Lumiere Group. Erin creatively brainstorms solutions with consensus from all types of professionals, a skill she attributes to her vast work and travel experiences. With a background in contemporary art museums and a variety of private entities, she engages senior leadership with a focus on supporting artwork and artists within organizations throughout the United States. Ensuring that art is appreciated and enjoyed is key to Erin’s approach. Always striving for new knowledge, Erin holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees and a Master of Arts in Museum Studies. She and her family enjoy an active life in a household filled with music and art.
Rina Luzius
Rina Luzius is a Managing Principal and Senior Registrar with The Lumiere Group. For over twenty years, Rina has managed art and object collections, worked in museum registration, and produced exhibits for such public and private institutions as the Burke Museum, Bellevue Arts Museum, Museum of History and Industry and the Duwamish Longhouse and Cultural Center. Rina’s passion is providing her clients with accessibility and accountability according to a high level of legal and ethical standards. With specialties in emergency preparedness, conservation, and collection development, Rina creates standardized policies and procedures for maximum efficiency. Rina taught classes in collections care and registration at the Museology graduate program at the University of Washington for a decade. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Socio-Cultural Anthropology and a Master of Arts in Museology both from the University of Washington. In her free time, Rina loves spending time with her husband and children cooking and getting lost in the mountains, forests, and waters of the Pacific Northwest.

Casey Arguelles Gregory
Casey Arguelles Gregory is the Curatorial Associate for The Lumiere Group. She conducts artist research, assists with acquisitions, and writes interpretive text, working alongside artists, galleries, construction firms, facilities managers, and employee resource groups. Casey creates and edits content for various platforms to promote engagement and enhance public knowledge. Her background is in fine arts; she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Texas-Arlington, and a Master of Arts from University of Texas-San Antonio. Before joining The Lumiere Group, she worked in higher education for a decade. She continues to exhibit her artwork, curate, and write for various publications, and is a Contributing Editor for Arts + Culture Texas Magazine. She relocated from Houston to Seattle in 2018 and is always delighted to see mountains on the horizon.
Chloe Dye Sherpe
Chloe Dye Sherpe is the Curator for The Lumiere Group. Drawing on her strong relationships with artists, galleries, design firms, and construction companies, Chloe manages strategic planning, acquisitions, exhibitions, and loans for clients. Her curatorial interests are diverse, including the intersection of art and climate studies, and supporting the work of Indigenous artists throughout the United States and Canada. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Whitworth University and a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of Florida. In her previous role as curator for the Museum of Northwest Art, Chloe exhibited the work of over 150 artists and organized the museum’s first national traveling exhibition. An enthusiastic collaborator, Chloe lectures and consults on a variety of topics, including contemporary art, museum collecting ethics, and curatorial studies. Outside of her curatorial work, Chloe spends her time enjoying the beautiful Skagit Valley trails with her dog and exploring the world with her husband.
Eric Adami
Eric Adami is an Art Collection Technical Specialist with The Lumiere Group. A key member of the Logistical Coordination team, he facilitates the safe movement of artworks between storage, framing, and installation sites throughout Canada and the United States. With a background in museum art handling, installation, and construction, Eric advises clients on site-specific commissioned artworks and manages ongoing maintenance. Eric’s education is in Studio Arts and Art History, and he has experience in Collections Stewardship. Outside of the office, Eric is an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoys spending his time near the rivers and mountains that surround the Puget Sound.
Jessica Bellingham
Jessica Bellingham is the Registrar for The Lumiere Group. She works alongside corporations, public entities, and nonprofits to acquire artwork and maintain databases with a range of information about the physical, conceptual, and historical aspects of each collection. Jessica has a background in art history, anthropology, and museum studies, with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the State University of New York at Potsdam and a Master of Arts in Museology from the University of Washington, where she focused on deaccessioning and collections care for small museums. Jessica has worked with several museums in the Puget Sound area. Her interests in collections management include database administration, the development of policies and procedures, and deaccessioning. Outside of her registration work, Jessica is a keen gardener and traveler who also loves hiking, and trying out new recipes.
Lily Rola
Lily Rola is the Collections Manager for The Lumiere Group. She preserves and maintains artwork and supports the Curatorial Guidance and Collections Stewardship teams in the processes of art acquisition, documentation, research, movement, and loans. Lily engages with artists, frame shops, art installers, and galleries in her daily work. She is fascinated with exploring the history of artifacts, an interest which serves her well in her career. She holds a Bachelor of Sciences in History from the University of Oregon and a Master of Arts in Museology from the University of Washington, and has since worked with museum collections throughout Washington state. Lily unwinds by going on adventures in cooking, fishing, photography, playing video games, and hiking.
Megan Zembower
Megan Zembower is the Associate Project Manager for The Lumiere Group. She works with clients, employee groups, and construction firms, managing schedules, communications, and budgets. Megan supports the Logistical Coordination and Curatorial Guidance teams on artwork acquisition and installation projects throughout North America. Her background is in art and architectural history and art museum administration. Megan has a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University and Master of Arts from Tufts University. She is particularly interested in the intersection of architectural design and immersive art installations. Megan enjoys reading, cooking, golfing, and exploring Seattle’s scenic running paths.
Robert Bogue
Robert Bogue has been with The Lumiere Group since the firm’s founding and has played an active role in the growth of the company. As an Art Collection Technical Specialist, he oversees the movement and installation of artwork for projects large and small, and he works with corporate clients to select pieces that will enhance their personal or team spaces. Robert advises clients regarding options for display and generates estimates to work with a range of budgets. Additionally, he writes and edits content to promote community engagement with artwork and enjoys the collaboration with local and nationally recognized artists that his job with The Lumiere Group provides. Robert is an artist, director and actor who has worked in theatres throughout the region and has appeared in network television and independent films.
